Orlando is signing two-time champion guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to a three-year, $66 million deal ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported Sunday.
According to the Athletic’s Shams Charania, there is a player option in the third year of the contract.
Caldwell-Pope won championships with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020 and the Denver Nuggets in 2023.
The 31-year-old is a solid 3-and-D player who averaged 10.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists while hitting 40.6 per cent of his 3-pointers last season.
