Girma, world-record holder, exits men’s Olympic steeplechase on stretcher following crash

Current world record holder in the 3000-metre steeplechase, Ehthiopia’s Lamecha Girma, exited the men’s Olympic final on a stretcher on Wednesday after tripping over a hurdle.
